Welcome to Autumn Olive Game Preserve. Founded in 1990 we are located in Southwestern Ontario. This area provides a perfect balance of farmland, ravines and wooded areas making this a hunters paradise. Over 1000 acres situated in the agricultural heartland of Canada. Bordering the Thames River provides exceptional habitat and natural cover for Whitetail Deer,Turkey and Pheasant.
Pheasant and Chukar Hunting
We have 250 acres licenced for our game preserve for Pheasant and Chukar hunting. Season is generally October thru March.
Unlimited Day Hunting 7 Days a Week>
The recent introduction of wild turkey now provides a great hunting opportunity in the spring. Population have exploded and success rate is around 75%. With 1000 acres of hunting area your sure to find the perfect spot. In the fall we offer bow hunting for white tail deer from Oct 1st to year end. There is also three, one week seasons for black powder hunting. This agricultural belt ensures lots of large healthy deer. Whatever your game of choice you should be satisfied. We also offer coyote, duck and goose hunting.
Overnight Accommodations
Stay overnight in our recently constructed log cabin. The rustic décor provides a relaxing atmoshphere to end any good day of hunting. The cabin can accomodate up to 12 people.
Sit by the woodstove with all the creature comforts of home swapping stories of your day. You can also prepare your game fare in the fully equipped kitchen including an outside grill. Please come and enjoy Autumn Olive Game Preserve as so many have.
